Listed Chrysler transmissions often suffer delayed engagement, converter bushing failure, overheated converters and dragging forward clutches. These symptoms can be a direct result of the design of the OE manual valve, which does not allow converter or cooler charge in Park. Sonnax manual valve 22771-09 is engineered to overcome the OE shortcoming by allowing fluid into these critical circuits when in Park.

For maximum benefit, recommend installing Sonnax lube-regulated pressure regulator valve 22771A-02K along with Sonnax manual valve.

  • Redesigned, patented valve alleviates cooler/converter starvation
  • Case-hardened steel valve combats premature wear
  • No reaming or special tools required

Sonnax valve body layouts provide a detailed overview of individual units making it quick and easy to determine what’s available for the specific valve body you’re working on. See all Sonnax valve body layouts.
