A worn OE pressure regulator valve in listed Chrysler applications can result in low line pressure, burnt clutches and poor lube control. Wear is commonly found at different areas in the pressure regulator bore. Wear at the spring end of the bore allows line pressure to exhaust resulting in low line pressure, soft shifts and burnt clutches. Wear at this area will also affect converter flow and the lube circuit.

Sonnax oversized pressure regulator valve 92835-24 restores valve-to-bore clearances, allowing the pressure regulator valve to maintain correct pressure in all ranges. Hardcoat anodized aluminum valve combats premature wear.

Does not fit units with variable line pressure (VLP). VLP units can be identified by the presence of the line pressure solenoid and transducer mounted on the valve body. Units with VLP can be serviced using 92835-29.
