Worn Chrysler 45RFE, 545RFE, 65RFE, 66RFE and 68RFE solenoid blocks can trigger false/intermittent pressure switch codes due to circuit board flexing. These solenoid blocks can easily be rebuilt, with Sonnax solenoid repair and spacer kit 44836-01K, which uses both a spacer to stop circuit board flexing and sealing components to prevent leakage.

  • Installing Sonnax spacer to the solenoid block prevents intermittent pressure switch code issues
  • New O-rings, insulators and diaphragms prevent leaking
