This may be caused by severe wear at the TCC regulator valve, allowing valuable converter regulator pressure to exhaust and significantly reducing lubrication oil. The drop-in Sonnax TCC regulator valve kit 84741-07K restores the critical hydraulic clearance between the valve and bore, and blocks the casting wear from exhausting critical pressure. The valve and sleeve are made from highly wear-resistant material, provide nearly double the sealing engagement over OE and have features to aid in valve centering.
