Excess wear in VSPV valve bore allows critical pressure loss, preventing proper control of primary and secondary pulley sets.
Recover hydraulic control of the VSPV circuit and restore normal pulley operation by reconditioning the bore and installing Sonnax oversized VSPV valve kit.

Audi vehicles equipped with 01T transmissions commonly display symptoms such as slipping, pulley and push belt damage, ratio codes, and poor fuel economy. These concerns are often a direct result of loss of control over the primary and secondary pulley sets that interact with the push belt. It is the job of the VSPV valve to govern pulley operation. Deterioration of this pump bore due to continuous valve oscillation results in loss of crucial control pressure to the pulleys. Restore hydraulic control to this high-pressure circuit by reconditioning the bore and installing Sonnax oversized VSPV valve kit 33741B-11K.
