Symptoms:
- Overheating
- TCC codes
- Low converter & lube flow
- Low cooler & lube pressure
- Low TCC apply pressure
- Lube failures
- Planetary failure
- TCC slip
Cause:
Lubrication valve bore wear allows critical cooler, lube and/or TCC apply pressure loss.Correction:
Recover hydraulic control and restore lube/cooler and TCC performance by reconditioning the bore and installing Sonnax oversized lubrication valve kit.ZF5HP24, ZF5HP24A

Vehicles equipped with ZF5HP24 transmissions often suffer overheating, lube-related failures and TCC apply problems. These issues can be caused by excess wear in the lubrication valve bore, which allows crucial pressure to escape the circuit. Bring these symptoms under control and restore normal operation by reconditioning the bore and installing Sonnax oversized lubrication valve kit 139740-03K.
