Wear is commonly found at different areas in the Ford 6R80 '15-later pressure regulator bore. When the sleeve is worn, line pressure balance fluid will leak to exhaust, causing high or inconsistent pressure. When wear is limited to the sleeve, the Sonnax direct replacement pressure regulator sleeve 95740-44 will restore valve-to-sleeve clearances so the pressure regulator valve can maintain correct pressures. If the remainder of the pressure regulator bore is worn, consider Sonnax oversized pressure regulator valve kit 95740-01K.
