Cause:

The continuous oscillation of the pressure regulator valve in Aisin Seiki AS69RC and AS66RC units wears the valve as well as the bore. If severe wear occurs the pressure regulator valve won't stroke properly to regulate line pressure. This can result in high as well as low line pressure, which can lead to various shift complaints and burnt clutches.
