Sonnax now offers the FD-HT-41HS turbine hub for the 5R110W torque converter. The turbine assembly bore on the 5R110W is .013" smaller than the 4R100, so the 4R100 turbine hub pilot is too large to fit into the 5R110W turbine. The FD-HT-41HS fits properly into the 5R110W turbine and does not require any machining. This turbine hub comes with heat-treated splines,giving rebuilders a long-lasting solution when rebuilding 5R110W converters.
