Sonnax offers AL-N-1, a high-quality, fully enclosed needle bearing. AL-N-1 is a direct replacement for the impeller side bearing in late-model 2006-up units. The AL-N-1 bearing, used in combination with the AL-WA-2 stator cap/bearing adapter and a modified AL-90-2G or OE impeller hub, can be retrofitted into units manufactured earlier than 2006. Sonnax also offers AL-90-3G, a modified version impeller hub that eliminates the need for any modification when converting early-model impeller side bearings.
